Cancellation Policy

REQUIREMENTS / POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING *A 25% cancellation fee will apply to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. *A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to your service when paying with a debit or credit card. *Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and charged the 30% cancellation fee. *For waxing, you must have at least 3–4 weeks of hair growth for the best results. *You cannot be waxed if you are currently taking antibiotics or Accutane, as these can cause the skin to lift or tear during waxing — including facial waxing. *All policies are enforced to protect both the client and the quality of the service. *Discounts, promotions, and packages cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise. *Only the person receiving the service is allowed in the room.
